We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated self-starter who demonstrates a strong commitment to professional excellence. This position requires hands-on experience across all major accounting functions, as well as the ability to understand and manage inventory accounting as it relates to a manufacturing-based business.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities...
Under the direction of the Controller, the current job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable (Posting vendor invoices; preparing weekly unpaid bills report; processing weekly check run; posting credit card purchases; maintaining vendor files; preparation of annual 1099s)
- Accounts Receivable (Entering retail store sales; preparing customer invoicing as needed; preparing deposit; collections of receivables; preparing monthly statements)
- Monthly & Quarterly Reporting (Sales Tax preparation; industry specific required monthly reporting)
- Miscellaneous Duties (Back Up Phones; monitoring & ordering of office supplies; postage)

- A comfort with technology and proficiency with Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions and Microsoft Applications, Fishbowl inventory and SHOPIFY.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to different events
- Able to work independently
- Good leadership and strong inter-personal skill
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and result oriented
