What You'll Do:
As part of our Maintenance Department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of our building and grounds - both inside and out. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff by:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fixtures
- Completing preventative maintenance checks using our TELS app and log system
- Conducting monthly fire drills and assisting with disaster preparedness
- Handling equipment and cleaning supplies safely and according to guidelines
- Communicating effectively with staff, residents, and vendors
- Responding quickly to emergency repair requests
