Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, parishioners, and/or event attendees by following site-specific, security-related procedures and access control requirements; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns, coordinating with site leadership, and requesting outside assistance when needed; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, galleries, offices, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entrances, visitor flow, and restricted areas, checking credentials as required and maintaining an orderly presence during services, tours, and special events; Complete routine documentation such as incident reports, patrol activity logs, and visitor entries, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
