Providence Health & Services - Up to $37.98/hour - - Responsibilities: Review and process prescription refills from phone, fax, and electronic requests following a medication protocol; Transmit approvals electronically to pharmacies per protocol; Contact patients and schedule appointments as necessary; Process and follow up on prior authorization requests for medical group providers; Provide excellent customer service to patients, pharmacy personnel, clinical staff, and providers
