Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft; Monitor the sales floor for potential theft indicators and report to Store Leadership; Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages; Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner; Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures
