Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a retail mall location; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns; Monitor for suspicious behavior, access issues, and policy violations, and communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts, assisting with lost children or property inquiries, and coordinating with law enforcement and/or emergency services when required; Complete timely reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and maintain clear radio and/or phone communication with on-site teams
