Sign-On Bonus

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.

  • $250 will be paid on your first paycheck.
  • $250 will be paid after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
Bonus payments are subject to standard payroll taxes and require the employee to be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout.

Requirements

The Experience You'll Deliver:
  • Serve as a professional, composed point of contact for guests via phone, text, and email
  • Coordinate closely with property management and maintenance teams to resolve guest needs efficiently
  • Assign, track, and follow up on service requests with precision and urgency
  • Communicate real-time updates to guests regarding maintenance, property notices, and HOA communications
  • Address guest concerns with empathy, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all guest interactions and actions taken
  • Stay knowledgeable on property details, systems, and service standards
  • Build respectful, collaborative relationships with teammates, vendors, and partner associations
What Sets You Apart:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or luxury service experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism under pressure
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to our Panama City Beach office


Schedule & Location:

Full-time, Remote (after training), position in Panama City Beach, FL

Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, based on business needs

Weekend & Holiday availability required
