The Clinic Registration Rep II position is designed to be a point of contact for patients both inside and outside the clinic setting. The Clinic Registration Rep II will accurately collect and analyze all required demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data elements necessary to register and book patient appointments under close supervision. The Incumbent is responsible for the provision of routine patient access activity to facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and optimal consumer satisfaction and to promote teamwork. Position requires work supporting referrals and/or authorizations. The incumbent is responsible to further the mission of Enloe Health. The Incumbent is responsible to consistently demonstrate the core values of Enloe Health.
