We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products or services. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary Maintain clear and professional communication with customers Document customer interactions and feedback Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive user experience Requirements: Excellent written communication skills Basic computer and typing skills Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Customer service experience is a plus but not required
