We are an established, woman-owned Texas law firm serving clients in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. Our firm values teamwork, positivity, honesty, and high standards. We are seeking a compassionate, confident, emotionally intelligent Intake Specialist who can connect with people in both crisis and planning moments - and confidently guide them toward the next step. We are looking for a high-performing intake specialist to handle evening and weekend calls. We want closers, not order-takers. And you can work from home or wherever you choose.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay

Pay & Bonuses You'll Love:

• $20/hour base pay (fulltime)
• Upside monthly performance bonuses
• $50 for every 5star review that mentions you by name
• Performance Bonuses (Paid Monthly)

Earn per attended, paid consultations you help schedule:

• $10 each for your first 10
• $20 each for consultations 11-20
• $25 each for 21+

Milestone Cash Bonuses

• 25-29 consults: +$150
• 30-34 consults: +$250
• 35+ consults: +$500

Strong performers can earn hundreds more per month on top of hourly pay-just by doing great work and delivering excellent client service.

Over $1,000 in bonuses on top of hourly pay-in one month

Do this every month, and your annual compensation will be $54,200

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries after hours and on weekends
• Conduct structured intake interviews with professionalism and warmth
• Gather detailed, accurate information regarding family law, estate planning, or probate matters
• Confidently explain our services and fee structure
• Handle pricing objections with composure
• Persist in multi-channel follow-up
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations
• Maintain organized, thorough CRM documentation
• Interact with terrific team members
• Protect confidentiality and uphold ethical boundaries
• Make a positive impact on our firm's growth

Qualifications

Ideal Background
• 2+ years in intake, sales, or high-touch client service
• Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales preferred
• Experience in family law, estate planning, or probate is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Strong written communication skills for follow-up texts/emails
• Tech-comfortable (CRM, scheduling tools, VOIP systems)
