Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site expectations.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter, as location conditions may vary.; Help to deter unauthorized activity, loitering, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.; Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual behavior, policy concerns, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.
