EA Family Services is a nonprofit corporation seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader to serve as our Controller. The Controller oversees all accounting and financial operations of the nonprofit organization, ensuring financial integrity, transparency, and compliance with nonprofit accounting standards. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Controller serves as a key member of the leadership team and a strategic financial advisor, supporting the organization's mission, programs, and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate is ready to drive positive change, ensure fiscal excellence, and support a team dedicated to providing the best possible care for our clients. BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. Active California CPA preferred. Ten years' experience preferred. DOJ/FBI/CAIC clearances required. OCA# 047000181 EOE
