Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This telehealth therapist role provides consistent mental health services to clients throughout Michigan. You'll work within a structured clinical model that prioritizes client outcomes, ethical care, and manageable caseloads. The position is ideal for clinicians who prefer focused therapy work without in-office requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions on a set schedule
• Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress
• Communicate professionally with internal teams
• Follow state and telehealth practice guidelines

Requirements

• Active Michigan LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience in clinical mental health practice
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing care in a fully remote setting
