How You'll Make a Difference

As a Business Reporting Analyst, you'll help turn data into clarity. You'll partner with leaders across the business to understand what they need-even when it's not fully defined-and translate it into meaningful, reliable reporting. Your work will help teams see what's working, what's not, and where to go next.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Power BI and SQL-based reports and dashboards that drive better decisions and improve day-to-day operations
  
• Work closely with business leaders to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and turn ideas into clear, actionable insights
  
• Analyze and validate data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and easy to understand
  
• Continuously improve reporting tools and processes to support efficiency, growth, and long-term business goals
  

What You'll Bring

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and reporting tools (SSRS or similar), along with a strong understanding of data structures and ETL concepts
  
• Ability to interpret data and tell a clear story that helps leaders make informed decisions
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and leadership
  
• A self-starter mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a genuine commitment to teamwork

This position is based in Dallas but will have the flexibility to work from a virtual home office. You will need to be available to attend in-person meetings as needed.
