This role will play a critical part in driving how we support the planning, allocation, and optimize product assortments across our business. The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years of relevant experience and a strong background in implementing Assortment Planning or Allocation systems such as o9, Impact Analytics, Blue Yonder (JDA), Logility, Oracle, or similar platforms.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead the technology implementation of the Allocation, AP, and Space Planning processes and tools partnering with the business leads and vendorsDrive the full lifecycle implementation of new planning systems - from requirements through rollout and user adoptionWork closely with cross-functional teams in Merchandising, Planning, Allocations and Store Operations to align tools and processes to business needsPartner with technology vendors and consulting partners to ensure successful deliveryIdentify opportunities to streamline planning workflows and improve inventory productivityBuild and lead a high-performing team; develop talent and champion changeServe as the go-to subject matter expert for planning capabilities and best practicesExperience, Skills & KnowledgeYears of experience in Allocation, Assortment Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, or Space Planning within retail or wholesaleHands‑on experience implementing or upgrading Assortment Planning or MFP systems (o9, Impact Analytics, Blue Yonder/JDA, Logility, Oracle, etc.)Deep understanding of retail planning processes, inventory management, and in‑store executionStrong project leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and problem‑solving skillsProven ability to drive change and deliver measurable business results#J-18808-Ljbffr
