Description:

Sparks Group is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Success Associate / Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships while ensuring the successful execution of licensing projects. This is a fast-paced, high-touch role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a 6-month hybrid contract position with the potential to be hired on.
Location: Hybrid (Required) - Dallas, TX OR Clayton, MO

Job Description:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of 5-150 clients, depending on complexity and volume
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Manage incoming client requests and coordinate project setup with internal onboarding teams
  • Provide regular updates on licensing projects, renewals, and deliverables
  • Handle a high volume of communication (50-75 emails daily) with professionalism and accuracy
  • Schedule and lead client meetings as needed to review project status and next steps
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of client data, licensing records, and documentation
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to resolve licensing issues or delays
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and support client growth (upselling where appropriate)
  • Collaborate within a team environment to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or licensing-related work
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across clients, partners, and internal teams
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat in a Windows environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Solid project and time management skills

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $24.00 to $24.00
