Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Zoho Admin for a Contract with a client in Schaumburg, IL(Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for end-to-end platform management, including user provisioning, role design, security controls, and compliance governance across the Zoho suite .

Rate Range: $83/hour to $87/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Zoho Admin job responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end Zoho administration, including user provisioning, role assignments, profiles, and permissions across Zoho applications.
  • Implement and maintain security and access controls, including RBAC, IP restrictions, login policies, and data access governance.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews to support compliance, audit readiness, and internal security standards.
  • Oversee license and lifecycle management, ensuring optimal usage, renewals, and adherence to governance policies.
  • Support CRM/ERP configurations and testing, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise data management practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, document processes, and continuously improve Zoho platform operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-6+ years of experience as a Zoho Administrator or in enterprise CRM/ERP administration.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end Zoho administration, including RBAC implementation, security controls, user provisioning, and access governance.
  • Strong experience with Enterprise Data Management and CRM/ERP testing, supporting compliance, audits, and system reliability .

Pay Details: $83.00 to $87.00 per hour
