Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American advisory network and is engaging with experienced HR and People professionals to contribute to leadership and career-focused consulting initiatives within a remote environment.

This opportunity is suited to professionals with a background in talent strategy, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement who are interested in applying their expertise within a flexible consulting model.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured virtual discussions focused on career progression and leadership capability
• Apply workforce and talent strategy expertise within advisory-based interactions
• Engage with professionals through established digital channels including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Support ongoing engagement initiatives aligned with professional development themes
• Operate independently within defined systems and compliance frameworks

Experience & Capability

• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organisational Development
• Experience supporting employee development or coaching-related initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication capability
• Comfortable working in remote, technology-enabled environments
• High level of accountability and self-management
