Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to support 24/7 operations handling customer inquiries related to facilities, utilities, and service requests. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Enter and manage work orders and dispatch requests
- Research issues and escalate priority concerns as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Follow up on open issues to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records and meet performance standards
- 2-4 years of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 environment (including nights/weekends)
- Dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual tools
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or CMMS tools
- Familiarity with utilities, facilities, or municipal services
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
