A company is looking for a Claims Attorney - Remote.Key Responsibilities:Manage litigated claims to expedite settlements and control litigation costsParticipate in discussions to evaluate risk and establish settlement parametersProvide legal opinions and present internal training seminars related to claims and insurance mattersRequired Qualifications:Juris Doctorate and license to practice lawThree years of litigation experience focusing on personal injury and/or property claimsTrial experience preferredBackground in insurance law, tort law, and/or property lawKnowledge of the operations and requirements of insurance companies
