We are looking for experienced 3rd party collectors who share our core values of integrity, compassion, and respect.Why work for GRC?Rated in the top 3 Best Places to Work in Collections.Competitive pay up to $20.00 per hour plus commission.Fully remote position – no commuting required.Work‑life balance with a Monday‑Friday schedule, no weekends.Paid holidays and up to 3 weeks of PTO and sick leave.Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, critical illness, accident insurance, and EAP services.Paid training and remote onboarding; GRC has a Training Top 125 Award.Equipment provided by GRC; landline service required before start date.Job ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned goals as specified by line of business.Make the required number of phone calls daily and negotiate the best possible arrangements.Profile debtors and obtain financial information.Perform skip tracing to locate debtors.Maintain accurate documentation of all attempts and/or contacts made and received for accounts in accordance with company and client specifications.Requirements to Work for GRCMinimum 5 years of 3rd‑party collections experience.Collection management experience is a plus.Knowledge of federal/state laws and regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc.).High school diploma or GED required.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficient data entry using multiple computer databases.After acceptance, provide proof of landline and internet service before equipment is shipped to residence.About UsGeneral Revenue Corporation is the premier industry leader in collections with over 40 years of experience.
