Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or tenants by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, common areas, parking lots, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic retail areas for policy compliance, suspicious activity, and/or unauthorized access, while documenting observations and actions taken.; Support a professional atmosphere at the location by providing directions, assisting with customer and tenant concerns, and communicating clearly with local authorities and/or emergency responders when needed.
