Associate Dentist - Oroville, CA

Our well-established, technology-driven dental practice in Oroville, CA is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our collaborative and supportive team. Schedule:
Full-time (schedule to be discussed)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care with a focus on quality and patient experience
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans with a patient-first approach
• Collaborate with a highly trained clinical team to ensure efficient workflow
• Focus on diagnosis and preparation while expanded functions are supported by RDAEFs
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to a positive office culture

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
• Active California dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Honest, ethical, and patient-focused approach
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Interest in integrative or whole-patient care is a plus
• Dependable and motivated to grow within a practice long-term

Pay & Compensation:

• Daily guarantee of $850-$1,100 per day (based on experience) or percentage of production, whichever is greater
