Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.; Support closing and opening routines, observe alarm and access control activity, and provide visible presence throughout assigned areas in alignment with site expectations.
