In this role, you will: Drive tax planning and strategy at a high level, partnering with leadership on key decisions Oversee complex tax compliance and improve overall tax processes Contribute to and oversee aspects of corporate accounting and financial reporting Support cost accounting and operational finance initiatives tied to the business Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team Act as a cross-functional partner, influencing both finance and operations Qualifications Strong background in tax planning, strategy, and compliance Experience in agriculture highly preferred; manufacturing or cost accounting experience also very relevant Exposure to corporate accounting and/or cost accounting Proven ability to manage and develop teams Hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and in the details Interested in hearing more?
