Financial Reporting & Close Process. Assist in managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP Accounting Operations. Oversee general ledger activity, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting Support revenue recognition and cost accounting processes Monitor and improve accounting workflows and systems Internal Controls & Compliance. Maintain and enforce internal controls and accounting policies Assist with audits (internal and external), including preparation of schedules and documentation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Analysis & Process Improvement.
