The AI & Automation Enablement Specialist will help employees identify, implement, and support AI-driven automation opportunities across the organization. This role combines light technical development, workflow automation, AI tool expertise, coaching, and documentation. The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging AI technologies and enjoys helping others improve efficiency through practical automation solutions. This person does not need to be a senior software engineer but should be comfortable with low-code/no-code automation platforms, basic scripting, API integrations, and using AI-assisted development tools.
