This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment./ppThis is what we offer:/pulliCompetitive compensation packages/liliSign on bonus opportunities/liliOpportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment/liliBrand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment/liliOpportunity for advancement in a growing company/lili401(k) plus match/li/ulpHere is what an ordinary day of work may look like:/pulliReceive next repair or service job from dispatcher, advisor, team leader or electronic technician terminal./liliPerform a diagnosis and report back to management with work that is required and await authorization./liliReview vehicle history file and any factory bulletins that apply to vehicle make and model, paying special attention to outstanding campaigns./liliMake notes regarding proposed and additional work on hard copy or technician terminal./liliAfter authorization, request any parts required from the parts department and return any parts that have been requested to be saved by the customer or factory./liliAfter parts are received, complete required authorized repairs and create notes on the hard copy or technician terminal./liliIf required, perform test drive and restore vehicle to original condition making sure that it is clean./liliInform dispatcher, advisor, team leader or electronic technician terminal of the job completion and make any final notes regarding suggested additional work./liliTake all required and suggested training, keeping a record of classes and certification completed./liliKeep informed of all safety guidelines of management and other agencies, especially the disposal of hazardous waste./liliKeep the work area clean and maintain the condition of both personal tools and shop tools./li/ulpThe opportunity is for you if you have:/pulliMinimum of 1-2 years Service Technician experience required/liliAudi Service Technician experienced preferred/liliAbility to lift 50 pounds/liliCompletion of technical training school or factory apprentice program/liliAbility to communicate both verbally and with written documentation/liliSelf-motivated and diligent/liliPositive attitude/liliExtremely organized with dedicated attention to detail/liliClear focus on delivering work of the highest quality/liliWilling to submit to a drug test and criminal background check/li/ulpPay range for this role is: $65,000 - $200,000 per year/ppEmployee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/bonuses, which will vary based on productivity./ppThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
