We are currently seeking a Hospice Administrative Support professional to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you'll provide essential administrative and clerical support to our hospice team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping us deliver exceptional care to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the hospice department, including data entry, file management, and documentation tracking
• Coordinate communications between hospice staff, physicians, patients, and families
• Schedule patient visits, manage calendars, and assist with logistics
• Maintain compliance with all HIPAA and healthcare documentation requirements
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for hospice team members
• Assist with reports, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
• 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare or hospice setting preferred)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
