- **Inspection:** Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring additional attention or repairs and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
- **Equipment Operation:** Use various cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company practices and safety guidelines.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of detailing services performed, including any issues noted during inspections.
- **Customer Interaction:** Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns regarding vehicle appearance and care.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques, products, and trends to enhance the quality of service provided.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or detailing certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, cleaning, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor imperfections in vehicle appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
