The role will report to the FP&A Supervisor and work closely with the Co‑Packing Management and cross functional leads regarding Co‑Packing operations. This position plays an important role in the day‑to‑day operations of gathering and verifying data, preparing necessary journal entries, posting transactions and reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial information and practices. They will also help the organization understand the Co‑Packing P&L, identify anomalies & inefficiencies in processes, create supporting systems and reports to improve insights, productivity, and quality and provide meaningful and actionable analysis to guide the company's success from a financial perspective.What's In It For YouWe're committed to our employees and work hard to prove it. We foster a culture of work‑life balance and always encourage employees to use and enjoy their paid time off.What You Will DoAct as lead financial team member for all Co‑Packing operationsAnalyze and lead Co‑Packing related financial planning activities around quarterly forecast and annual budgeting processDevelop, maintain, and optimize analytical reporting to support data‑driven decision‑making, enabling more effective management of key functional areas. Oversee financial analysis activities including P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and other accounting functions, with a keen focus on Co‑Packing Operations.Identify opportunities, operational concerns and make recommendations to streamline processes, and re‑engineering in accounting and financial processes with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.Development and maintenance of forecasting, standard product costing, master routings, BOMs, and activity‑based costing activities.Perform month‑end closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and management reporting.Act as an internal consultant addressing operational concerns, evaluates investment opportunities and makes recommendations.Oversee the accounting for the entire co‑packing business inventory, revenue and expenses, cash reconciliation, and other balance sheet accounts.
