Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols appropriate for a financial institution location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention; Monitor access points and observe daily operations to help to deter disturbances, support policy compliance, and document security-related events in accordance with Allied Universal standards; Assist with emergency response activities, including following post orders, providing clear directions during incidents, and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or life-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
