Summary
The Cook I is a senior culinary position tasked with overseeing kitchen operations and leading the cooking team. This position requires extensive culinary knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both food production and staff development, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises kitchen team members within the respective outlet. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. Culinary Arts Certificate or degree from two-year College or technical school preferred; and/or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with high volume cooking or fine dining preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, menus, recipes, short correspondence, and memos.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission. Food handler's permit from a relevant government agency.
