A Dish Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a food service environment. This role typically involves operating dishwashing machines, hand-washing items as needed, and maintaining a clean and efficient work area. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred, and/or one to three months related experience preferred. Food handlers card preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to listen to and apply instructions. Ability to request guidance as needed.
Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission permit from a relevant government agency.
