Digital Operations & Enablement Coordinator

The Digital Operations & Enablement Coordinator supports the execution and operationalization of enterprise initiatives after strategic direction, tools, and policies are defined. This role focuses on delivery support, coordination, monitoring, and user enablement across various projects, particularly those related to data protection, secure collaboration, and responsible AI adoption.

This position is intentionally execution focused and works in close partnership with the Enterprise Project Manager, IT, Compliance, and Operations. Strategic decision making, prioritization, and executive communication remain centralized with senior leadership, while this role owns day to day follow through and adoption activities that ensure initiatives achieve their intended outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day execution support for enterprise initiatives, including post-implementation task tracking, bottlenecks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate follow-ups with IT, Compliance, Operations, and PM on assigned workstreams
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, pilots, and rollout coordination
  • Monitor and review data loss prevention reporting and dashboards on a recurring basis
  • Perform initial triage of alerts to identify false positives versus actionable events
  • Track patterns and trends related to data handling and document movement
  • Maintain logs, metrics, and summary reporting for leadership review
  • Assist with maintaining documentation for approved file-sharing, encryption, and secure collaboration workflows
  • Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of secure file-handling solutions in coordination with IT
  • Serve as a support resource for approved AI tools
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, and training materials
  • Maintain a centralized AI knowledge repository (SharePoint)
  • Capture user feedback, adoption challenges, and new implementation suggestions for senior review

Experience and Skills:

  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies, with a proactive interest in responsible AI solutions and a willingness to support evolving AI-driven workflows and integrations across the organization
  • Experience supporting enterprise initiatives, including tracking tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables
  • Exposure to data protection, document management, or risk monitoring processes (e.g., reviewing alerts, tracking incidents, or maintaining logs)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Compliance, Legal, or Operations in a support or coordination capacity
  • Familiarity with rollout activities such as user training, documentation creation, or pilot/UAT support
  • Ability to review data, identify patterns, and surface actionable insights in a clear, concise manner

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, data analysis, compliance support, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret technical information and summarize findings for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience tracking and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders (e.g., IT, Compliance, Operations) with demonstrated follow-through on tasks and deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and Excel, with practical experience supporting business processes

Work Schedule:

This is a 100% remote position. The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates should be able to occasionally travel to the Texas office for project planning or business needs.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position typically ranges from $60,000 - $70,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
