Our client is seeking a Senior Internal AI Specialist to interview subject matter experts across departments, build out a context library, and package recurring workflows into reusable automations. The ideal candidate is a scrappy self-starter with the initiative and technical fluency to build real AI applications, not just use existing tools. This is a fully remote position (US).

Senior Internal AI Specialist's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interview subject matter experts across departments to capture institutional knowledge
• Build and maintain a context library to support internal AI initiatives
• Package recurring workflows into reusable automations
• Design and build hands-on AI applications and integrations
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify automation opportunities

Senior Internal AI Specialist's Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years in a technical, stakeholder-facing role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, or customer success for integration-heavy SaaS
• At least one substantial AI application built on their own initiative, beyond basic use of tools like ChatGPT
• Hands-on experience with Claude skills, MCP integrations, or comparable AI workflows strongly preferred
• Self-starter mentality with a genuine passion for making AI hands-on work a full-time focus
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder input into structured, reusable resources
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
