Part Time Inventory Associate – Oroville, CA Location: Oroville, CA 95966Shift: Day – 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) – 9 hours per week, potential dual-location work with mileage paid.Salary: $16.90 per hourEmployment Type: Part-TimeSummary / Objective: Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Inventory Associate will ensure all aspects of the daily activities at their designated garages are cared to meet the needs of the client, embodying the P.A.L.S core values and communicating upward through the team for all matters between the client and LG-OSS.Responsibilities Ensure garage coverage is met daily at primary location(s) and assist in backup coverage to other locations when available.Maintain inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in all assigned garages.Ensure the service requirement of 7:30 AM (local time) is met daily.Complete daily Garage 101 tasks and related task sequence in order.Place Garage Product Signs correctly above products, stage products orderly, and keep the desk area clean and functional.Place Garage Barcodes on desk or wall and maintain policy compliance.Report daily at the designated time and submit daily reports by set deadlines.Maintain First In/First Out stock management and be a safety advocate, maintaining an accident-free work environment.Participate in daily conference calls with staff and management.Adhere to all company policies and procedures and participate in leadership skill development.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse or inventory role.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Proficient use of pallet jack, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Active smartphone or equivalent device.Pass a 5-panel drug screening.Travel availability: 0-25% local travel; 0-10% extended travel.Travel 0%–25% local travel expected annually (less than 100 miles one way per trip). 0%–10% extended travel may be required annually (more than 100 miles one way per trip).Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse environment with loud noise and bright lights.
