Get to Know This Role The Co-Packing Operations Supervisor leads Sierra Nevada's co-pack operations team which includes batch blending, packaging, and digital can printing lines. This leadership role requires a focus on cross-functional training. There will be an emphasis on producing a high-quality product and service in all areas. Supervisors will be expected to collaborate well with other leaders throughout the organization. Responsibilities will vary greatly between department supervision and leadership, technical expertise, quality assurance, and project oversight using our company values and annual goals as a guide.
