Virtual Front Desk Representative

Emergency University is a leading provider of online emergency response training and certification programs. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to emergencies and save lives, and we are currently seeking a full-time Virtual Front Desk Representative to join our team.

As a Virtual Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients and partners
• Answer inquiries and provide information about our programs and services
• Assist with scheduling and managing virtual training sessions
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or remote environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with virtual communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Skype)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Experience in the healthcare or emergency response industry is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility required. The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
