Able to assist with lifting, transferring, or repositioning residents as needed. Strong attention to detail and sensory awareness. Leadership & Communication. Ability to guide and support care staff. Provide clear, calm direction. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Environment Fit. Thrive in a memory care, community-based setting.
