Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills: Ability to talk and to communicate with the public, other employees, and converse by radio and telephone as necessary to ensure quick respond to security related situations. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents, such as technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, as well as to management and public groups.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. This position requires a strong commonsense factor and highly objective reasoning capabilities.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR and First Aid cards required.

The employee is continuously subject to the effects of a smoke-filled environment and must be able to tolerate this environment when on the Casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increase to loud.
