Inside Success TV is a TV production company, streaming platform, and marketing agency — all under one roof. We create cinematic documentary films for entrepreneurs and business leaders, then transform each one into a complete suite of marketing assets they can use across their brand to build trust, authority, and revenue.

As a sales closer, you'll consult directly with business owners on how a documentary feature can share their story, elevate their brand, and become a high-impact marketing asset in a powerful medium most haven't even considered.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

• You will start by making outbound calls using leads provided by the company.
• You will earn access to booked inbound calls based on your sales performance.
• After getting booked inbound calls, outbound calling will still be part of the role.
• Earn 20% commission on outbound sales and 10% on inbound sales, based on revenue collected.
• 2-year track record.
• Over 300 booked calls a day across 25–30 reps.
• Top reps earning $20k–$30k/month.

EXPECTED EARNINGS (NO B.S.)

• Commission only — 20% of revenue collected from outbound sales and 10% of revenue collected from inbound sales.
• The 20% outbound commission applies whenever you sell through outbound calling, including after you earn access to inbound calls.
• Low end: $5k–$6k/month. Mid range: $10k–$20k/month. Top performers: $20k–$30k/month.
• Most reps work 5–8 hours a day.
• Top reps also build a recurring book of business — some earn $10k–$15k/month from their book alone after about a year.
• We invest heavily in training, but not everyone makes it — roughly 50% of reps are removed after 30 days. The ones who make it past 30 days do well.

THE ROLE

• No sleazy or high-pressure tactics — ethical selling only. All calls are audited.
• Start with outbound calls using company-provided leads.
• Earn access to inbound calls booked on your calendar via Typeform applications based on your sales performance.
• Continue making outbound calls after earning access to booked inbound calls.
• Be prepared to handle up to 16 × 30-minute Zoom sales calls per day.
• Sell $10k–$100k TV media packages to small businesses.
• Attend every call on time, camera on, fully professional.
• Must be comfortable with tech: sending SMS, completing reports, updating CRM after each call.
• Attend daily morning training.
• 100% remote — work from anywhere with a professional home Zoom setup.
