Bookkeeping Assistant in a pleasant but fast paced office setting. This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a non-profit environment. This is position is required to work on site, it is not a remote work situation.
Some of the required tasks are as follows:
1. Ability to type 40WPM, is able to operate a 10key calculator, to operate standard office equipment.
2. To communicate orally, in a clear and concise manner, respond to routine inquiries and explain standard policies and procedures.
Bookeeping
1. Reconcile bank accounts monthly.
2. Filing/File Maintenance
3. Credit Card reconciliations & recording journal entries.
4. Record online giving & record journal entries.
5. Back up Acct Tech III, with A/P & A/R and giving statements.
Payroll
1. Understand and be able to process payroll as needed.
2. Input new employees.
